@iReapirSolutionsNet Hi there, i was hoping that you could offer some advice. My iPhone 4 16GB is having issues. When i make a phone call the phone goes straight to speakerphone setting and nothing can be heard at ether end of the line which ever mode i'm in. Even with headphones and a bluetooth headset, nothing can be heard? However apps like skype and voice memos work perfect. I have replaced the earpiece which now just sounds static? Don't think changing mic will do anything?

It would be very difficult to determine what is wrong with your iPhone from that description. It could be hardware or software, charing port/mic assembly, speakerphone, motherboard, etc. We would have to see/diagnose the device to be of any help.
