Quatum KVD crankbait rod (7' medium action). It's so light and really flings those lures out a long way. I highly recommend this rod to anyone interested in fishing crankbaits. Like I said below to ontariooutdoorsman, I just wish I had more money to buy a couple more.

I personally use 12 lb. fluorocarbon for ALL my crankbait needs. Mostly because I don't have the luxury of owning 10 different rod and reel setups with different lb. test line.

Last year, I decided to take the plunge and buy a Quatum KVD crankbait rod (7' medium action) and it was the best purchase I have ever made for my crankbait fishing. I highly recommend that rod - you won't be sorry. I just wish I had more money to buy a couple more.
