Dungeon Keeper 2 - Power of Possession

This is all made from gameplay footage of "Dungeon Keeper 2", version 1.0. There are some things that have been taken out in 1.7 - like opening enemy doors and disarming enemy traps. Music in the background is "Coa Smor - WWW". You can download the song from here:

Although it's mostly obvious, to prevent confusion I'll explain what's happening (Also useful as quick-search :D):
0:10 - Possesed Chicken (eaten by Bile Demon).
0:22 - Difference between eating and killing chicken in possession.
0:28 - Using Training Room Dummies in possession.
0:36 - Claiming and digging with Imp.
0:55 - Imp teleportation.
1:06 - Opening enemy doors and disarming enemy traps (that's why that trap fell apart without me attacking - I disarmed it).
1:17 - Avoiding Trigger/Boulder trap combo.
1:24 - Destroying Sentry shots before they hit me.
1:39 - Destroying Fireballs before they hit me :D
1:46 - Healing units training in Combat Pit.
1:56 - Possessed Warlock providing support for Black Knights.
2:25 - Dark Elf's Sniper Mode.
2:38 - Elven Archer's Grenade.
2:51 - Dark Angel creating Thunderstorm, raising Skeletons, etc.
3:02 - Jailbreak!
3:13 - Salamander invasion.
3:30 - Enemy casting Thunderbolt on me XD
3:34 - Mistresses stunning enemies with Thunder and imobilizing them with Freeze.
3:54 - Bile Demon's Imp Thrower.
4:02 - Rogue's Invisibility.
4:09 - Firefly's Tornado.
4:23 - Monk praying to heal himself.
4:35 - Vampire hypnotizing enemy Salamander...
4:41 - ...turning into bat to fly over lava back to base, luring hypnotized enemy Salamander, then turning back into humanoid shape to de-hypnotize Salamander and knock him unconcious.

Always happy to be of assistance.

To open/lockpick doors and disarm traps in possession use the "Open/Disarm" key - it's the zero key on the NumPad on default settings. However, it's disabled in versions 1.6 and up, as I recall. You can use it properly if you do a fresh v1.0 install without patching, tho.

There's a game called "Evil Genius" that tried to incorporate some of DK's elements, but that one doesn't really have possession. Hmm...

Perhaps you could try "Dungeons"? I guess it's similar to DK in atmosphere, but you play as levelable Dungeon Master or something instead of having a fixed Dungeon Heart.

Can't think of anything else atm, hope that helps.

Okay, it's really simple - got to spells tab and cast the spell called "Possession" on any of your minions.

I wish they would make dk 3.. I love the gameplay of this one but I just cant force myself to enjoy the game with such old graphics even tho the gameplay is pure gold :S

Google "lord of the overworld" and click the top hit. It's a bunch of guys that have decided to make a true sequel to DK2, keeping the same concept and everything. Check it out and give them support.

Yep.. there are people who are making a DK3 though! :) It's going to be called 'War for the Overworld', people are making it in their spare time and it's gonna be free. Google it to find out more.
