I used a lot of the Sims 3 High-End Loft Stuff in this house, so if you don't have it, don't worry. I will make a house equally as this one shortly. Maybe not this week because I have other things in mind. The cost of the house is $314,449.

Onto what I did:
I removed all the weeds and cleared out the furniture and windows. I added a second floor and extended the room in the front-left corner. I also completely redecorated. If you didn't notice.

The reason why I didn't make this video into a building process video is because:
I was recording the process, but at times I forgot about recording and other times, I forgot to turn on the recorder. So this video would have been completely skewed. I will definately be making more videos like my previous ones, so don't fret.

@xxsims2addictxx I like it and all, but the new "rules" are suggesting that it has a theme. and I'm gonna try to set a theme for it and redo the entire renovating I did. I'm not gonna tell you what theme it's gonna have, but it's gonna be cool.
