The most common types- Alopecia Areata, Alopecia Totalis, Alopecia Universalis, Alopecia Barbae, Alopecia Mucinosa, Androgenetic Alopecia, Traction Alopecia, Anagen Effluvium, Scarring Alopecia, and Telogen Effluvium- all have different causes and characteristics.
