RCC Conducts Functional Exercises for Tampa Bay Region

RCC's C3TEST helped design, conduct and evaluate functional exercises for the Tampa Bay Regional Planning Council and Regional Domestic Security Task Force (Region 4). These exercises test regional interoperability and validate the National Emergency Communications Plan (NECP) Goal 2.

This functional exercise validated the Target Capabilities of Communications and Onsite Incident Management for the eight participating counties, enabling personnel to practice rapid response and establishment of command, control and communications (C3). In addition, it will present a specific opportunity to enhance the region's Tactical Interoperable Communications Plan (TICP). Learn more at www.rcc.com.
