My water intake has increased dramatically already and im feeling much better for it too. Some one suggested it as setting it as my wall paper too which would be a great idea so i would see it all the time! :D

Wow you found your camera just in time for the challenge to start. You are right you have to start somewhere and you will only improve from here. Goals on the phone is a great idea...you should put that as you screen saver. Have a great week drinking lots of water Stefan.
