    That's camera beat interference, just like helicopter blades sometimes appear to be moving slowly. They're going quite fast..

  • @etzel33 the space between the transistors on the cpu is measurable only in nano meters, which is .000000001 meters. So, a small chip can have very many transistors on it...thus more computing power from a smaller chip. For highly complex, small electronics nano technology is necessary ..
