No offense taken. By 'we Indians' - I mean the 'race' (East) Indian, not the 'nationality' Indian. I believe you reside in the US, so you must have encountered online forms where ethnicity lists 'East Indians' compared to 'Native Indians'. It's just like 'Arabs' denote a race which include multiple nationalities like the Saudis, Yemenese, Egyptians, Iraqis and so on. Hope this explains.

no offense, I didn't want to hurt you, but in the show which is available in famecast, you also said "We Indians". Now, if you say, by the term indian, you meant indian subcontinent or we are all indian before 1947, I have nothing more to say. Anyway, it's your way of thinking.

Thanks. I portray myself as a Bangladeshi which gives me the edge over others, especially Indians, since there are already many Indian comedians out there. It makes no sense to 'sell' myself as a small component of a herd. In this clip, I call up my cousin, Rajesh, in Bombay. Does having a cousin in Bombay make me an Indian? Besides, I actually have a relative by the name of Rajesh Samad in Dhaka. My wife, a khati Bangladeshi from Rajshahi, has family in India & Pakistan. Take care.

I listened your comedy at famecast, it is good, and i will vote for you as a fellow buet student and bangladeshi, but my request to you, dont let us put down just like another bangladeshi who would sell themselves as an indian just to establish themselves. Good luck on your endeavor.
