  • Im trying to eat healthy and I do pretty well with it... besides school lunch. All they serve is pizza, fried chicken and corn dogs. Do you have any suggestions on what to bring??? Please help (:

  • @fliplovecheer Kudos to you for sticking with it~I recommend packing a turkey whole wheat wrap or sandwich, some raw nuts, and an apple. OR if you have time , I love making delcious colorful salads, throwing them in a tepoware and you're good to go. Include some chicken, turkey, tuna or even a vegie burger pattie and any other yummy veggies you like and voila!

  • I want to lose 32 pounds by may so I could look nice in my prom dress and I won't feel ugly next to all the skinny girls. The thing is that my parents don't really support my decision on it and they always buy fast food and want me to eat it and they also have temptations in the house. My friends also make fun of me and keep telling me that I won't be able to do it. What kind of things can I do to avoid the junk food and eat a healthy snake instead?

  • @yessjv First of all, i'm so proud of you for your determination to persevere despite your lack of support. I can completely identify, in many of my goals throughout life I've faced the same issue, and had I listened I wouldn't be where I am now, so i just want to tel lyou I understand and I'm proud of you.

My advice is to quietly go about your business, set a plan for yourself in wirting and stick to it despite the criticism. The best way to prove everyone wrong is to SHOW

  • @yessjv them you can do it versus simply talking about it. In the face of negativity, as hard as it is, take the high road and walk in the other direction. Your results will speak volumes! You go girl!

  • hi amanda...im soo concerned about loosing weight.....but i think i va a problem with wat,,when and how i eat....pls help me out

  • @favouredsurgeon Absolutely. If you want to, go to my new website. And send me a personal message on your eating habits and I can respond in more length on ideas of how to make this year, your best year yet! :)

  • We made some resolutions. They're terrible and irresponsible. Video on our channel. You'll see what we mean. Not pretty.

  • @CaptainSpork7 I share this goal with you! The trick for me is to get to bed earlier!

  • I made 20 resolutions, but this week i changed them to "rules for 2012" so that when april comes i dont give up. (i allways do that) i think it will be easier and since they are rules, i have to follow them. i put them on my fridge so i have to see them every day :)

  • my resolution: never skip a meal, eat right, no crash dieting, and exercising more in a healthy way finding activities that motivate me, not just the gym. I already subscribed to learn more ways of exercising and getting motivation through ur vids. Thanks so much!

  • I recently had surgery from 2 kidney stones, but the process was not as easy as it sounds. I'm only 22 and have not been eating well through out my life. Intense dieting and intense eating. Skinny and then weight gain. My 2011 holiday was spent at a hospital getting my hemoglobin to a normal rate in order to be operated. My body was extremely weak, slept for 20 hours every day, had a blood transfusion All because my hemoglobin was damaged due to poor nutrition. Health is no joke

  • My resolution is not eat processed sugar for a whole year. I did it for 3 months a few years back and lost 25 lbs. So far so good this year, but im not loosing as much weight. I have lost 5 lbs. so far. I am also working out 6 days a week, weight training and cardio.

  • Hi Amanda, my new years resolution is to work out alot more! I Hate working out, could u please help me!?
