The Galvanometers are being controlled at the phase rate by a new feature called fast servo. look at the voice coil on the right, which adjusts the focal point making sure it's always on the plate. All the calculations are done by kinematics including XY positioning of the laser spot, adjusting the focal distance, calculating the velocity and adjusting the laser power accordingly.
