Consilience Awareness Concert Series: Solar One

Our second in a series of concerts that uses jazz to raise awareness and inspire participation in our "dialogue BEYOND music!"

This one took place in January 2010 and featured a presentation by Chris Neidl, advocacy coordinator from Solar1.org - a New York City solar and alternative energy advocacy non-profit.

Chris discussed Solar One's mission of bringing a more sustainable, solar-powered, future to residents of New York City through directed activism and individual energy conservation. He attended the Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen and spoke about the repercussions from that major world event!
