Paul Mariani, University Professor of English at Boston College, reads from his book Gerard Manley Hopkins: A Life (Viking). The author of six books of poetry, several full-length biographies, and some 200 articles, Mariani is a fellow of the Guggenheim Foundation, the National Endowment for the Arts, and the National Endowment for the Humanities. This event is part of the Writers Among Us series that celebrates recent book publications by Boston College faculty.
