Hi, i'm just wathcing your videos from the start again, you were the first video i ever saw and had never heard of the sleeve but knew right away it is the only surgery for me, in appeal right now, wish me luck, what a difference u look GREAT good job

Shame in australia you dont need to get it from a doctor its sold in any chemist without the need of any prescription

Thanks so much for the info on the optifast . I have to start my two week optifast diet on Nov.13 2011 and I'm having my gastric bypass surgery on Nov.28 2011 I'm very nervous I have never been so excited and scared to death all at the same time.

Good for you!! I wanted to share my own experience with Optifast with you and your viewers. While I found the program to be easy to follow - just keep your eye on the prize. However, after the program ended - and I went through it twice in a 5 year period, the weight came back on more rapidly than ever before. When you see that first 5 lbs creep back on - take a good long look at what you are eating and why AND TAKE ACTION. That 5 lbs. will turn into 25 lbs. before you know it. GOOD JOB MARK

@Lovbug98 I got mine at my surgeon's office. It's my understanding that you can only get Optifast from a doctor.

@likeagsixx I had to do this to get down to a healthier weight before surgery. The weight loss also reduced the size of my liver, making it easier for the Doctor to do his thing.
