You don't need to take classes on morality to behave morally, morality is a part of human nature. Unfortunately, many people don't have access to a formal education but all intelligent people who feel emotions like compassion and sympathy can morally reason.

Morality evolved from kinship selective altruism and reciprocal altruism.
"A certain level of education is necessary for the proper development of morals."
Moral decision making requires intelligence and thoughtfulness but not a formal education. A poor person in a third world environment with little or no formal education can reason "I won't steal from this person because I wouldn't want them to steal from me". Morality is (or should be, imo) based on empathy. -will continue

@timmye00 said the person who made 4 grammatical/spelling errors in a 17 word sentence. Your error rate is 24%. A word of advice: it's bad form to display such amazing grammatical ineptitude while questioning the intellectual capabilities of others. Also - just so you know, I'm not in the least bit offended that you think I am stupid. Go ahead and slam me some more, just please be more careful with your grammar.
