The Piano Sonata No. 14 in C-sharp minor "Quasi una fantasia", Op. 27, No. 2, by Ludwig van Beethoven, is popularly known as the "Moonlight" Sonata. The work was completed in 1801 and dedicated to his pupil, 17-year-old Countess Giulietta Guicciardi.
In the video the Master Wilhelm Kempff plays this version of the Beethoven´s Sonata.

I had the opportunity to play that wonderful type of piano... I hope I would get another chance to hear those sounds again.
I usually play this piece more slowly, but with more dynamics. This piece describes my life and I love it. The way it was when I thought I would play piano for living. But those days are gone...
