Portland Film Reel

6 months ago I put together an entry for YOUnited Nations at the Berrics. That entry didn't make the finals, but in the time since, we have been on mission. So I had this sporadic idea. Why not put the video into Transworld's Film Reel contest, but with updated footage? Only problem was, I really wasn't content with the song choice or even the edit. Thus! it was back to the cave to completely re-edit the ENTIRE video. Now 2 days, 1 pizza, 20 cans of soda, and 30 solid hours of mind numbing editing later, we have this- a film reel that I can actually feel a bit proud of! Anyway, enjoy the video!

For those curious it was filmed with JVC-HD7 for long lens shots and Canon HV30 with Century Optics Baby Death for fisheye shots. A couple of the West Linn shots were preproduction HMC40 shots courtesy of Andrew Burke who was testing it for Video Maker Magazine.

@SkaterKid792 It doesn't really matter. You go skate because its what you enjoy doing. It took me forever to learn the most basic tricks, but I just kept going for it cuz I loved the art of skating.
