BOSU Ball Squats are very challenging for beginners of functional exercise.
If you are not trained just standing on the BOSU will be an interesting experience.
You may notice your legs wobbling side to side or shaking.
This is because your neurological system cannot communicate with your muscles and recruit the muscles properly.
This will subside with training.
You should be able to perform a full squat, where you sit on your calves with your hamstrings.
Stop if you experience knee pain, or cramping of your plantar fascia, the bottom of your feet.
