@Nigstesaba "psychological tests given (IDARE-1, IDARE-2 and CES-D) to the subjects demonstrate significant differences in anxiety and depression between groups. More anxiety and depression were reported in the no vegetarian groups in comparison with the vegetarian groups. In addition, diet analysis found more nutritional antioxidant agents levels in the vegetarian group" Bol Asoc Med PR 1998 Apr-Jun;90(4-6):58-68

Again, wonderful video with a great message.
Leave in harmony with nature, treat your body the way nature intended for it to be treated and you won't believe how wonderful life can be.

Very good, very true points. I absolutely can relate to what you're saying. I've been "there" myself and all along I felt that bringing about physical health is a major step towards feeling well (it may not be the only step that's required, other steps may include changing your job, relationships, etc). Of course, I'm not 100% out of "there", but I'm much, much better.

This is all fine and good, but there are some people out there with serious mental health issues that wont be cured or helped by raw foods. Sorry. I believe raw foods are amazing, but in this instance I totally disagree.

I feel the pits when my diet slips, but when I eat low fat raw food (almost all the time nowadays), then my body leaps for energy and joy. The brain is just like any other part of the body. Cut the crap out, and eat a very clean low fat diet then the rest of your body and your brain and sense of well being will bless you abundantly!

green smoothies (just greens and fruit) is the best thing for improving my mood, thinking, and vibrations. I can feel it right away. kale, parsley, spinach, romaine, cilantro, etc. ~~ not all together, but different green smoothie every day.
Great vid thanks! I totally agree with what you said.
its funny, when i eat foods that really are good for me, my brain tingles as a response. i think its because my physical body recognizes these fruits and vegetables
