I watched this to see if I could ever stomach sitting through a Brad Pitt movie again, as I can no longer stand sitting through a Matt Damon movie anymore, which is a shame cuz I used to like the guy, but I didn't get enough info. Me suspects he does think welfare and other social programs help the poor , when exactly the opposite is true. @humbleranger People that can provide goods or services that millions are willing to pay money for deserve all that they earn. If nobody came to a pitt movie or bought a pitt dvd he woldn't make any money. He's a one in a million combination of looks, talent and luck. Virtually anyone could become a med tech. @dropkick23 Market's dictate salaries and as a result Mr. Pitt is very wealthy...he makes ten's of millions of dollars...however, my opinion is that the medical technician making 40k a year helping to cure cancer plays a more significant role in society than Benjamin Buttons...great movie, though.

You're an idiot. Look at the majority of the country's. They are socialist. Canada is large part so is Europe. All of them have health care and none of the have any major issues of the system.

Clearly Americans are just fucking retards in "socialism". Those systems are funded by taxes. American income tax are a lot higher than majority of those.

Instead of always going to war with another country, you can save those wasted money and use it socially.
