Howard PICKS who he wants to talk to on air to best compliment and entertain the average (smart) listener during his/her commute. This is precisely the reason he has a budget of 100 million dollars per annum; because advertisers salivate to get some air time on his show for the simple fact that his audience is rich with big wallets. I have read the annual report which details his audience' demographics and the show's business model. I'm sure you can find a pdf file somewhere,
