WILLARD, Ohio (WKRC) -- A chemical leak from a derailed train forces about 400 people to evacuate their homes in Willard, Ohio.Willard is about 60 miles southwest of Cleveland. A punctured rail car is leaking a highly toxic and flammable liquid used to make plastic and rubber products. CSX says 4 cars derailed near a rail yard. The cause is under investigation. No one was hurt in the incident.
