A Day For A Lifetime 2009 - The Most Creative Wedding / Bridal Fair in the Philippines

After its successful 2008 debut, A Day For A Lifetime (ADFAL) - the most creative wedding fair in the country is back and will bring you to places where your special day will last a lifetime. ADFAL 2009 will be held on October 3 and 4, 2009 at One Esplanade in Pasay City.

ADFAL is the pioneer wedding fair that started to focus on themed weddings. Top suppliers, each from a different category, are grouped together to create a realm that shows soon-to-weds a complete wedding package--a preview of what their wedding could be.

Last year's ADFAL impressed lots of soon-to-weds with its enjoyable intimate atmosphere. Most commented that they were less stressed because the crowd and noise levels were controlled well, allowing them to talk to the suppliers without much hassle. They also saw the concept as a refreshing change from the usual wedding fair because they got to see the lavish setups of each of the realms, allowing them to see how well the suppliers could work together for their wedding.

ADFAL 2009 will be bigger and better than ever, with a more accessible venue and one additional realm (ADFAL 2008 had 7 realms) to vie for the People's Choice award. There will be a lot more surprises in store for soon-to-weds this year, along with, of course, the popular Free Video Wedding Invitation and the special raffles.

The themes, like last year, are inspired by Hollywood Movies. But this year the themes will be focused on the places where the movie was set. Movies like Sleepless in Seattle (Seattle, USA), Roman Holiday (Rome, Italy), and Memoirs of a Geisha (Tokyo, Japan).

ADFAL 2009 will feature eight realms, each with at least 8 suppliers from different categories, competing for the attention of the soon-to-weds in order to win the coveted People's Choice Award.

The "50 First Dates" realm won last year's People's Choice Award. The winning realm was composed of the following suppliers: Cherished Moments (Coordinator), Via Mare (Caterer), East Digital Photography (Photographer), Angel of Hearts (Event Stylist), Amandes by Josiah's Catering (Dessert), and Mailbox (Musician).
