Thanks for the info, I know our shows will be nothing alike but it nice to learn little bits of things here and there on how to produce and air a show. Very informational.

1. does age matter or would you have to be over 18.
2. does it matter what your shows about. or can it be about anything

The show can be about anything. I have seen on our public access: religion, music, politics, comedy, reruns of Democracy Now!
I have a politic question for Number 1: I am not positive. But, it does not matter who makes the show or picks it, even if there is an age rule, that is for who submits it to the station. So, if an underage person wanted to show something, they would just have to ask someone the right age to sign up.
