First brand new home - Closed escrow & got the keys on 12-18-09

Made a quick raw footage of our brand new house to give you a tour. Here's our full story...... -Behind the scene of our rollercoaster ride-
"Look at what Santa did, we decided to adopt (not exactly) & we got it!"

When we first moved out, we moved into a freakin' shack. A converted patio with no insulation ok, so when it was hot, I was baking. No AC, no sink, no kitchen just a small room & had to do dishes in the backyard with the hose, camp style. Oh yeah, We' ve been there & know what is like to start from rags & nothing to where we are now. Moving back with family was just as bad, & a year later got to experience what it's like to have our own apartment & appreciated having a sink for crying out loud. We took it all in & appreciated it like nothing else in the world & now from that to a house, a brand new home at that, a house that we watched getting built from dirt to foundation, frame to walls, roof to all done. It was like watching a human being form & born. All the guts being form to make one whole house.

Now we look back & wouldn't have it any other way. We're so glad that we went this route, makes you appreciate so much in life & never take anything for granted. We could proudly say that we did it all ourselves & with the courage/support from 2 aunts that we are so grateful for. We take so much pride in that & is one of the most deep feelings in the world to be home owners especially in our mid 20's.

This is our time to shine to have everthing we never could, no one would never do it for us & it's why we acted upon with pride & joy. We cherish everything we have worked for & earned & will continue for years to come. We hope our story will inspire other couples & individuals to keep their heads up, move forward & your time to shine will come. We'd like to take this time to thank everyone that beleived in us.
