Whales are so beautiful creatures! Each has an individual and wonderful soul. How can anyone even think about taking the life of one of these guys?!

Why does Iceland continue to kill whales?

-They do it in a pathetic attempt to hold onto the past so that they can continue to identify with their bloody legacy of whaling.

-It is a blood sport to them and a way of indulging in the sadistic pleasure of killing whales and thumbing their noses at other nations.

-Killing whales is the pursuit of little people with small minds with a lust to destroy creatures more intelligent and more beautiful than themselves.

It may be true that whales have been hunted, but this is an unprecedented amount of hunting. With advanced technology like radars and better hunting equipment this is not the fishing of our forefathers. The fact is that people do not come first, that is arrogant and ignorant of you to say. Do you not realize that all things come from the earth, every single product. We are not two separate cultures--our entire ecosystem is highly intertwined. What we do to the earth is what do to ourselves.

i dont care what your views are on danm whales and people do come before the earth. people are living things with lives and sole the earth is just some where we live

right, and I guess all other organism are soul-less organism that have absolutley no instrinsic value.

OMG, I totally get what you mean now. How silly of me to be oblivious to this. Humans are supposed to be served by everything on this earth. I mean like if we take everything from the earth nothing bad will happen cause it'll understand humans come first, of course.
