back in the good days huh? its been what, 2 years? the servers are empty now, the little AAA guns sitting, waiting. the airfeilds are empty, the skies are clear. all of the old, and great pilots of IL-2 have moved on, their planes sitting in the hangers, never to be flown. IL-2 is now a dead game, Ubisofts servers are gone, they took the pilots with them.
WE LOVE YOU IL-2!!!!!

@broworm1 set fuel level to 10-20% remove all ammunition, hit q to synch engines. after startup. then be ready. btw pedals help. OR bring up throttles slowly so the turning issues arent so bad

@SuperNoobdude I use Gimp to open a copy of the void skin then color it in from there.

@TheCoolestFalconEva where can i find the void in gimp? or how?

@SuperNoobdude Google gimp and download it (it is a free image manipulation program) then go to C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\IL-2 Sturmovik 1946\PaintSchemes\Skins from "My Computer". Find the plane you want then open the folder. Right click on the void and open with gimp. From there just try to figure out what parts of the image go to each location on the plane and color it in.
