VB.net: How to make a Pinger/server crasher

This video shows u how to make a pinger that u can take down/lagg servers with. The only thing it acctualy does is to start the ping.exe in a nice way so u dont have to open it ur self many times. Its usefull if u dont want to start like 70 windows by hand. Here's the code:

Be aware, this clip was made when i was young and dumb. This will only take down websites if your upstream connection exceeds the downstream connection of your target.

You will be better of with a shellbooter like jays free shellbooter on hackcommunity

And to crash a website you would then have to have a lot of bandwidth, or simply gather a lot of friends and then all do it together at the same time.

Sorry for not answering you guys for a while, but I have been busy doing other stuff. Anyway, this answer will be short as I am answering on my android. So, to everybody who says this is fake, I will just say: your wrong. This is indeed not fake. When I made,this app I was not as smart as I am now, thus I did not realize that your own bandwidth upstream has to be greater than the one you are doing this to. To the guy who asked where it was saved, it is saved in the same dir as the exe file.
