  • Sir, I enjoy your videos.

  • Shawn, I enjoyed this short video. I first ask myself what I dislike about conversing with others. I've found that I don't enjoy long discourses on things that are irrelevant and would rather the speaker stay on topic throughout. I have a friend who told me once about a man who did a particular 'thing', but before we could even get 'there', she had to tell me what color his pants were, etc. I became so frustrated that I bellowed out, "Just tell me what the man did, for crying out loud!"

  • sooo i excell at speaking to myself and having great ideas but, all in my head when i try to comunicate something i can as long as it isnt complicated, very long and with lots of points i wish to cover! so I tend to ramble off. This is exactly what i was looking for in advice and i belive more then anything its practice and cosizing the same points is what makes comunication most efffective! thank you!

  • Thanks. I've got good voice like I am able to be well understood, but what i talk about jsut kills the conversation and people usually end up walking away :(

  • Teaching people to think critically and communicate effectively are vital to succeed

  • I believe communication is one of the most valuable skills to develop. Especially in this marketing industry. I personally use the "talking to myself" method...works great!! awesome video!!!
