I hope the exclusive license isn't extended. It's coming down to that time where EA would renew the license if they were planning on renewing it. The last year of the deal is 2013; it febuary 2012 which is a year before the deal ends. Last year they renewed around this time ( on the second to last year of the deal). The renewed the deal in 08 ( in febuary) on the second to last year of the deal. Keep your fingers crossed. If we hit March with no extension, we may be getting competition again.

@ESPNstyle Thank you :) I'm thinking about getting this game again. Was this game played online? Just wondering, because I want to make sure that the online servers are still available, since NBA 2k8's are down.
