  • watching this in a quiet french class was a horrible idea

  • That's American religion for you. "The Bible's absolutely true except for the parts that I find yucky. Those parts were written out of context or something."

  • @Laoch111 Haha. True. Only thing is that if we respect freedom we have to respect religious choice. I'm not religious but I am all about freedom. Freedom of speech, freedom of religion, freedom of slavery. Religion has caused many deaths and heart ache but so has the fight against terrorism, and the fight against tyranny, all these acts have been about the pursuit of freedom.

  • @Undeterminable The word 'freedom' should not be used in the same sentence as 'religion'.

  • @PlaceGhettoNameHere With biblical msiquotes or quotes taken out of context? lol

  • In matthew 15:4, that was quoted in the video, Jesus is arguing with the Pharisees who are trying to catch Jesus out for not washing his hands before eating so he throws back at them that for not killing disobedient children according to the commandment in the old testament they too have broken the law.

He is using irony to make a point, and not say it is ok to kill disobedient children.

Why do atheists always misquote or take things out of context? Maybe because they have their own agenda??

  • 1:40 reminds me of Monty Python

  • @Laoch111 Indeed. but people have the right to freedom that includes choosing their religion how ever mind controlling it is.

  • @burtcane There are not wrong religions only people with free will. I am not religious but I trust the words of man, prophets, wise men and god alike.

  • @ChipArgyle So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets. This is the golden rule. They have not taking this rule into the context of the bible.

  • So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets.

  • @ChipArgyle Now believe what i do or i will hurt you.
