BNVN Weather Paparazzi Brandon Ivey was documenting the epic blizzard conditions in Bourbon County Kansas today in the town of Fort Scott, Kansas which is on the Kansas and Missouri border about 80 miles south of the Kansas City Metro area.

With winds in the upper 20's MPH and gusting up towards 40 MPH, the conditions were miserable to be out driving in the winter storm.

Brandon's video shows just how bad the storm was outside of the major metro areas south of the Kansas City Metro. With many drivers getting stuck in the snow and some that abandon their cars, the high winds of the blizzard got the best of motorists and snow plow drivers this afternoon.
