Well I am an animal lover and I eat meat. But I only eat meat from Free Range and humane organic farms where the animals were treated well, had full lives and so on. I have tried vegetarian diets in the past and found them difficult as I would lack energy a lot of time. This was the best compromise I could come up with.

@ThomasSheridanArts -I WAS WEAK on veg diet too- but i found its b/c i didnt eat enuf iron-such as spinach- also- we get lower blood pressure/tired-b/c it takes about 6 mos for body to adjust to loss of stimulants in meat- good luck-b/c its useful to be self-sufficient when the time comes to refuse to do evil-and so coffee,alcohol,sugar/starch/fr­uits/grains depleted my iron etc and trigger hypoglycemia-tiredness, racing thoughts etc-i eat pecans now instead of grains/potatoes- good luck
