The way I learned to do this is, when you get it started imagine you have really long sleeves you have to keep pulling up. Worked for me might work for others.

There is a trick in this trick- if you have troubles with this move- practice WITH ONE HAND ONLY - LEFT, then try right. You will get it real fast. Once you do, do both at once, and it should work out.
