FC United of Manchester beat Conference team Halifax Town 4-2 with our passionate supporters helping them all the way with non stop singing! Around 400 FC United supporters travelled to the shay that midweek night in August 2006!

Congrats to FC United. This is what I want & expect at English football. None of this sitting on hands or you're getting chucked out, mouths shut for 90 minutes, except for the same old re-worded cliche chants that EVERY club sings, rubbish.

No to OTT ticket prices, being forced to sit, stupid kick off days/times & Arsenal/Fulham/Wigan esq drums,mexican waves!!!, PA saying a players first name with crowd shouting the surname & Supporters not supporting the team!

@fcumpassion Ok maybe i was generalising a wee bit, but most of the trouble in this league seems to come from some of ur lot so i have got an arguement, but i know u mostly have decent fans. Can't imagine marine fans mocking munich, maybe a few lfc/efc lads who just come down 4 that game and don't go to marine at any other point do, haven't seen it myself, apart from our ex players 'lawless' and 'tuck' who apparently did something similar, but they were prosecuted and rightly so.

You haven't got an argument lad. Yes FC fans did kick off in a pub at Buxton, don't know about at Marine. Every club has it's dickheads, we have ours. Thankfully those in the pub in Buxton don't come to FC anymore and have been told to stay away. Marine have their knobheads too, giving it the plane arms to mock Munich every game we play you. 99.9% of FC fans are well behaved, myself included and are only interested in watching the match and atmosphere.

@fcumpassion Well i phrased it differently cause it was a quick point i was making. I'm a liverpool fan who follow's Marine in this league. Last time you came here you smashed up our pub outside the ground for no reason, apart from us being 'scousers'. You jeered and sang anti-liverpool fc songs like 'murderers' all game even though you were playing marine, not Lfc, so that's rather pathetic. Not saying all of u were, but it's mostly the older blokes that have respect.

@ChesterCity125 Well Chester City fans abandoned Chester City FC. Only a few hundred turning up to home matches before it was wound up. Get 2-3,000 now, where was you when you were needed? Talking about bellends, I saw enough bellends in the chester support during the 3 games that we have played you this season. Silly little stone Island kiddie firm. FC United already have investors, its us, The Fans. Your support is crap, middle class rich kids thinking they are Hoolies! Run along now Tarquin.
