Doing these HIIT work outs are not for beginners and are really only for experienced operators.
A good foundation program needs to be done first EPOC training is sprint training that is running fast for 20 to 40 seconds and then resting for say twice that time such 40 seconds it is one of the best training methods out there.
Sprint-8 Intervals can be done in conjunction with weight training or even Tabata training for experienced users. It can be used for twice a day training.

@TheNuyorker For beginners, you have to let them know what they are getting themselves in for. Everyone learns at their own pace, so I make sure I can accommodate for that group.
