@zeromasterd2 That wouldn't make a difference. Red Zero, Black Zero, and Layer can all do it.

Let me try explaining it again. First, you have to be holding up. Next you jump and use Rasetsusen. Continue to hold up and the button for Rasetsusen, then press down. When you press down, you should start moving upward. Then you can let go of up.

For this to work, your pad must have both a D pad and an Analog Stick, or if you somehow have a D pad where you can press up and down at the same time.

Using a gamepad. But I was using Black Zero. Maybe it only works with Red; because I tried it all kind of how over and over. I'll go check it now with regular red and see

@zeromasterd2 No, it works everywhere. Are you holding Special Attack the whole time? And are you using a keyboard or a game pad?

Well I tried it like 8 times. Unless I can only do it in a certain stage? I was testing it at the start of booster forest.
