Your video is missing the installation of the inner pad. you need to be complete with your instructions. But what you did was okay. Also, please say what you are doing and why. Thank you.

I did all this but cant get the pressure to build up in the lever as i pump it?? any idea why?

I know this was done quite some time ago but if its time to change them again remember to lube that pin (oposite the bolt) really well. This will avoid chatter and uneven inside brake wear. Looked like you put it back in dry.

Is it possible that you have air in the brake line? One thing is to check the reservoir looking at the sightglass on the handlbars. If it's dry, there may not be enough fluid to replace the fluid that you are bleeding out, as you squeeze the brake lever to pump up the pressure. Anyone else have an y ideas to help this guy out?
