This is a new project that I started last week and just finished. I first heard this song in the trailer for the upcoming movie Where the Wild Things Are. This was one of my favorite books when I was a little girl, and the wild things look scarily alike to the ones in the book, which is great! I even heard some quotes from the book too! I am indeed excited to see it. The song in the trailer also captured my attention in a strong way. I decided to make a general series tribute for Princess Tutu with it. It was a bit of a challenge because it starts out powerful and dramatic, which I used to make the mood become gradually darker and darker. And then about 2/3rds of the way through, the drama reaches a climax, and suddenly becomes a bouncy, jovial melody. So for that part I decided to flash back using grayscale and use some of the more light-hearted, poignant scenes to finish it off. It is a fascinating take on it.
Anyway, the song is "Wake Up" by The Arcade Fire. Enjoy!

WOW MY FAVOURITE ANIME AND SONG IN THE ONEXD this was awesome and the song is sad but happy and joyful and tearful and it matched the anime alot

I love the song! :D I'll propably say again that the timing and clips are perfect but they always are! XD You have lot of talent. ^^

Gawd, I adore the timing in this. Oh, and the song, of course. I'm sad the song isn't longer, though it's probably a relief for you since it's already almost six minutes long. ^_^;
