Sensor size also controls the DoF... although is not really a setting.
Indirectly though, because a larger sensor needs a larger focal length in order to fill the frame, and focal length directly controls the DoF.

Great explanations of how depth of field works, I'm using a fully manual lens ( Rokinon 85mm 1.4), and it can be a pain in the ass trying to get the right shot. thank you for the videos posted, they are very educational....oh, and the model is gorgeous.
