Wow, what an excellent job. I am a dairy farmer from Ontario Canada. We also enjoy the benefits of supply management in the dairy industry. Supply management also eliminates the need for government handouts. In unregulated industries, such as pork production, prices fluctuate. When the price drops below cost of production, farmers look for bail out packages from the government. Supply managed industries do not have price fluctuations, therefor no need for bailouts.
