And now the Noos

"The Noos" refers to the term noosphere coined by Thielhard deChardin in his book "The Phenomenon of Man" Food shelter medical care and education are the zero debate core of human rights.

All other rights are at a higher level of abstraction. Thus for the vast vast majority of people higher level rights are out of reach and lacking in true meaning.
Many have been given the path of "Higher consciousness". But of what service is our counsciousness if we do not demand access for all? Does not our consciousness devolve into ignorance? (in both senses of the word). Love the organism first, it is the vessel, the temple of the universe.

Worse still, it can establish and maintain the oppressive structures which insure the hedegemony of we, the "grateful to the universe". Perhaps it is more akin to grating on the universe!; death ray from crotch chakra through the third eye, to the universe. We rich and powerful of the western type addictions greed for far beyond the icky garden. And we have been willing even to expel, from that old crapy garden, as many as possible so that they can eat Mcfood and pay us for the trade off. Some say, well its a personal choice to live the western value set. The High consciousness commontary (not a typo)loses all meaning as we send death rays to the orginism, this time on the global scale. This should be no surfrise because everything is a metaphor for everything else, fractle like. So if we are willing to kill continue to Cain Able on a person by person level, it is only a matter of time till we find the efficiency of killing the planet as a whole. Oops our greedy plan has disappeared ourselves up our own arrogant asses.

I don't believe this satire to be the final word. Increasingly we are learning to use high consciousness to transform our ivory towers into the machines of basic needs, food for those here and a garden remaining for those who are still to become.

We too often maintain the false pride that our wealth is a reward from God for our righteousness. (Blessed are the rich?) The requirement of the integral politition is not charity. Charity, aside from it condescending sort love, is bad karma that we will be the subject of in other realities. Charity is a form of love that is very useful in that it clothes the naked and gets her teeth fixed, but at this point in our moral and conscious development the recognition that real people need these real things to fill the body, but also to empower the path to conscious empowerment. Like "us"!!?

Integral politics requires the powerful (people and institutions) to re-structure the globe to the intention of meeting the basic needs of all souls.

The intellectual rantings of Buddism creates its own version of ontological heaven, as do all religions east and west. This may comfort, but it lacks fundamental concern for feeding the people who the universe has gifted to themselves and all of us. Consciousness, free will and the means to sustain these have come in the original package. Each mortal life has light that must not be dimmed.
