Good vocals, but you have too much echo. Also, not sure if this is just youtube or not, but try to spread out the stereo image if you can. That will allow you to pull the vocals back a little in the mix and give the song the intimacy it needs

umm...i listend to the original song and then i herd this one...she added some things...so i dont really like it...............no offence but i think that if ur going to do a cover, u need to sing all the words how norah jones did, and not add ur own things cuz its not her song....srry but u know thats the truth.
