1954 Pontiac "Viola" - Straight Pipe Straight 8

The Pontiac's getting a new muffler ... so of course I had to run it at least once with an open pipe.

@biglinc1 I'm not sure yet. I'm definitely going to run the straight 8 until it wears out. At that point I'll decide if I want to rebuild the straight 8 or swap out to a Pontiac V8 and a 4-speed.

I plan on lowering the car, but other than that it will stay pretty stock. I may do a custom paint job and interior. For now I'm preserving it and driving it as is.

@RulerOfEverything GM had that Jetaway Hydramatic 4-speed automatic transmission with the v8 during that era, so if you want to go with something stock you might want to consider that as an option on the tranny coupled with the Pontiac or Olds V8....
