strictly speaking, from a scientific or biological viewpoint this isnt actually "Alpha Male" behaviour at all. The term Alpha Male is actually a bit of a misnomer in modern parlance. It is in fact "Beta Male" or perhaps "Wannabe Alpha Male" Behaviour that is the problem. Driven by insecurity and a desperate need to define themselves through confilct and primitive domination these types are riddled with insecurity precisely because they are NOT Alpha Males! In packs of monkeys for example, the Alpha is the boss and he may dish out a few slaps when his suboridantes get frisky but he doesnt need to express his fraudulent dominance with every move and gesture. He simply IS the boss.

  • i have friends who try to act alpha male they think because someone may be more chilled out or easy going that they can boss them about or get them to do things and sometimes people just go along with it for a peaceful life ....but there come a time when they push it and these normally relaxed easy going people snap and utterly batter them in the most amazing fit of rage...then you have people being submissive because they just are..i try not to mix with them to much they do my head in

  • @1ukjunglednbraver Avoid people like that mate, the neurotic need to dominate others comes from a deep fissure of insecurity, usually caused by some kind of trauma. Just because their daddies spent a lit bit too long drying them after the bath doesnt mean you need to put up with their issues. Avoid them if you can.

  • @PlaguedMan That's odd, then why are we so addicted to sugar, salt, and fat? Our primal instincts reward us for acquiring these resources because in the wild they are very scarce and attaining them would guarantee survival. If we were such "thinkers" and are "able to change everything if we are willing to" Then why has obesity and diabetes grown at an exponential rate? Everyone KNOWS that junk food is bad but our primal instincts overwhelm our "rational thinking".

  • hahahaha I had a similar situation with a guy I know I didn't realise till after. I was talking to him about going back to training whilst I was around his girlfriend. I didn't really mean to make him feel off put as he's not really into exercise, I was just being enthusiastic about going back to training after a year. He's not an alpha type guy but he reacted like one didn't bother me, my fault to be fair. watching your vids going through them they are really good cheers :)

  • To answer your first question, yes they do

  • You made some good points. From my own experience I can also recommend a seemily "over reaction" to somebody touching you "innapropriatly" which will stop them immediatly from escalating in some cases

  • Hey would you guys like to do a article for me on Alpha males? I just did a post on Alpha males, and on how there is a lack of. sexbullshit,com/2012/01/09/looking-for-alpha-males/ Great video you guys!!!

  • Excellent video mate.

  • @streetfightsecrets This comment made me laugh a lote- no truer words spoken than this- There are so many guys smashing their Beta hoot- blustering hot air - and they mistake being reasonable as being weak, yet they constantly look to engineer awkwardness and confrontation. Mate your videos are great- you would be one of the most interesting people to have a pint with.

  • lol... there is nothing wrong in bullying, humans aren't always kind.

  • that's true. in my class the two strongest guys were the ones who never bullied anyone. it's insecure dipshits who act all shitty and always trying to prove they are real men.

  • @streetfightsecrets i really do try to stay away from them if i can.
