  • @nothingtolose3234 OH NO, IT'S LENIN!!!

I believe he is very smart. Yes, he is arrogant. A twat? Perhaps, but no, that's not the right word. Should be in prison? Well he's pretty much implied that, without actually providing enough factual evidence to support that conclusion. Will be in prison eventually? Probably not, too smart for that. I frequently like people not for what they do--that's rational, but for a gestalt I perceive on an emotional level. I do not advocate or aplaud, JK's behavior--it sucks.

  • @premed2 Cramer isn't smart at all... He's an arrogant twat that should be and probably will be in prison, eventually.

Well I'm also a fan of variablast b/c of his marmosets, a fan of Stewart b/c of his humor and moral stance, and a fan of Cramer b/c of his intellect and ruthlessness. One of my great failings is I tend not to dislike rogues if they have charisma.

  • @premed2 How can you like Cramer??? The man should be in fucking jail.

  • Stewart is idealistic; Cramer is pragmatic—I'm fans of both. On this issue Cramer admitted to his "crimes" not just on the Daily Show but also on CNBC. Cramer simply shrugged his shoulders, explaining (roughly) that if it isn't illegal, or even if it is and you can't be convicted or damaged significantly, then you do what you can do, cause that's how the big boys (and girls) play the game—even if it hurts others. OT other hand, Stewart makes a strong argument for a social contract/morality.

  • You know, i was looking for the original clip and it has been buried is a sea of edited pieces that have been trying to rehabilitate Jim Cramer or trivialize the incident altogether..

.This short clip portrays CNBC viewers as adults and Jon Stewart views as children....Thx, assholes!
