  • I know I'm going to hell, but they guy at 0:24 cracks me up every time.

  • The gentleman would crack you up with his humor. He eloquently handles doubts & derision, but may not be inclined as he doesn't view YouTube. He has a bachelor degree in marketing with an accounting minor. He works for a living & is weighing pursuing a masters degree versus beginning management training from his employer. He volunteers at the county level on several disability advisory groups and in the regional Washington, DC area on a transportation advisory committee.

  • Yet I'm the only one who can spell "you're".

  • My gf works with a guy who has CP and is also deaf. He was in a wheelchair for the longest time but now he walks on his own. He still needs help walking down stairs and going up and down on escalators but he does a pretty good job on his own. He also lives in his own appartment. He also has a mental disablity but it's really mild. He's a funny guy though likes to joke alot.

  • i am always inspired and touched by seeing people coping with CP gracefully, really puts things in perspective

  • 0:24 is not as good as 0:41 (i'm going to hell)

  • they are using resources they cant give back

  • My grandmother has been working at a center like this one for a year now, but as had experience with children with autism and other severe disabilities for 30 years. She always has a kind or funny story about how these adults can really surprise you. They can be witty and even hot tempered, sometimes they flirt with each other and of course have conversations that many don't think they CAN have. It's something amazing to see. They are completely capable of making you smile. It's not all sad.

    :)
