@xrebelkittenx ditto! I too had my fair share or problems with bf my child and i hated myself for producing too little. I'd also like to know that if one was to undergo tummy tucks or upper arm/inner thigh lifts (of lose skin) how would the body react. I plan to do this since i did follow an strict diet of veggies, meats and some dairy, exercised 4-5c per week with a trainer and still have lose skin. I lost 80lbs. Also do an epidsode on bad knees and anemia.

Thanks for making this vid Sean - this is what i think would be really good to see on UW:
- Interview real people who have recovered from an illness where they have taken advice that isn't so well known/spoken about e.g. a cultural traditional remedy or maybe raw food diet etc.
- More whiteboard vids
- Product reviews
- Make specific days of the week where you cover certain foods/workouts explaining them in depth. Health benefits etc.
- Destroying food myths

Id love it if there was forum on your website, where people can discuss your recent radio shows, videos etc. Also people can share success stories and give each other advice :) Obviously you won't have enough time to answer all your emails so your subscribers can help each other out too.
