A video demo of my MIM Fender '72 Telecaster Deluxe reissue, it has 1 meg pots and a replacement bridge but is otherwise stock. Played through my Orange Tiny Terror and 1x10" cab mic'd with an SM57

I'm wondering, Out of all the complaints you have. Have you at least show a little shame on what you are getting? Or at least, Your playing does reflect you. And I know myself. Many people will still gonna complaint you.

@TheArcticMonkeyz - for crying out loud. Firstly - thanks for the negativity - this isn't a demonstration of my SKILLS, just one of a guitar. If you want to check out my hot lixx maybe come see my band play. Secondly I don't own "all these guitars", and in fact I don't own this one anymore. These videos were made over a series of years - I always sell to buy new gear and also borrowed a bunch of what you have seen demo'd from friends. But feel free to carry on with the nasty remarks.

i had a 250k bridge and 500k neck but i also dont know what happens if you only change the volume or the tone.

for me the bridge was good with the stock poti but i wouldnt recommend 1000k potis with those the deluxe becomes to thin and sharp.. almost standard telecaster like which is not the purpose of the deluxe ;D

Just bought a Walnut finished tele deluxe. I noticed you mentioned changing the tone pots... mine sounds kinda weak and compressed. My question is: What change occurs with the change of each pot? What effect will changing the tone pot have and also, what effect will changing the volume pot have. I've heard of people going with hybrid pot combos and others changing ALL of them

@EriksAnarchy512 Why not to use one guitar for all types of music? But if you don't want to, then I have to say, that in your situation I would buy rosewood Tele with two humbuckers.

@Justeatmytoast yeah i tried that, it sounds pretty nice actually but i dont like the idea of having to force one guitar to get all my sounds. it has a great blues sound, so i want to get a tele for the rock sounds :D so what specific model would be good for rock? (it can be a tele or a strat)
