Serendipitous Seeing

These are some outcomes of a seven-week MBA subject on the relationship between tools and innovation. Contrary to prevalent myths, we believe that innovation is brought about by abandoning control and by embracing ignorance. We introduced students of this subject to cybernetic theory of design and encouraged them to make and to use their own innovation tools to produce audio, visual and textual material. These tools are operated right on the edge between the digital (which allows for control) and the analogue (which allows for variety).
